Hi friend!

I am typically known for my story of love and loss, how God brought me through grief and widowhood to a place of healing and redemption... (It's a great story!)

I shared my first year+ of widowhood here on this other blog!

But the bigger, ongoing story of my life is how God is slowly changing me from a scared, insecure little girl, to a humble, powerful, surrendered, obedient daughter of the Most High King.  I am fascinated by this process.  That the God of all glory would see and know me.  That He would be working freedom in me, by His grace and through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ, with His living Word and Holy Spirit alive and active in me, leading me towards everlasting life.

Search me, O God, and know my heart ...and lead me along the path of everlasting life.

(Psalm 139:23-24, NLT)

I have learned that the road to life can be perilous at times!  It lends itself to twists and turns and dark nights of the soul.*  I've also witnessed many people lose their way, unable to find their way through to the other side. As God has led me on my own journey of engaging His presence and Living Word through life's ups and downs, I am passionate to see deep discipleship take place in the lives of others. I am hungry for freedom and real transformation, convinced that this thing we call salvation is actually supposed to work!

I see so much hunger and passion in this generation for the same deep, transformative discipleship, the kind that leads to a life of mission and culture change.  God planted in my heart a vision of UNPRECEDENTED PEOPLE, people who through Christ change the world.

Are you one of those people?

May the great Guide be with you now, in this moment, leading you to places you never imagined possible, in the Way Everlasting!
