Hi, I’m Natasha!
I am typically known for my story of love and loss, how God brought me through grief and widowhood to a place of healing and redemption… (It’s a great story!)
[I shared my first year+ of widowhood here, abideinmylove.blogspot.ca]
But the bigger, ongoing story of my life is how God is slowly changing me from a scared, insecure little girl, to a humble, powerful, surrendered, obedient daughter of the Most High King. I am fascinated by this process. That the God of all glory would see and know me. That He would be working freedom in me, by His grace and through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ, with His living Word and Holy Spirit alive and active in me, leading me towards everlasting life…
Search me, O God, and know my heart …and lead me along the path of everlasting life.
(Psalm 139:23-24, NLT)
I have learned that the road to “life” can be perilous at times! It lends itself to dark nights of the soul.* And I have learned that many people lose their way in these dark nights, unable to find their way through to the other side! But somehow, God led me through… and is teaching me about the Way.
I am so far from perfect, and so far from having arrived. But I am compelled to share my journey and delighted if God could use it to encourage you on yours!
May the great Guide be with you now, in this moment, leading you to places you never imagined possible, in the Way Everlasting!
